Education Reimbursement

Our education reimbursement program is available to full-time employees and serves as an investment in our team members, providing financial support for pursuing further education, certifications, or specialized training relevant to their roles.
CPA Support and Becker Study Materials

We understand that achieving the CPA designation is a crucial milestone in the accounting profession, and we’re dedicated to helping our employees reach that goal by offering the tools and resources needed to excel in their exams. CPA support and Becker study materials are available to full-time employees and to current/former interns that have accepted a full-time staff position.
Work-Life Balance

Our internship program is offered year-round within all seven of our core engagement teams and is designed with flexibility in mind, offering schedules and support to help you seamlessly integrate work, life, and studies. We are committed to providing the resources and accommodations necessary for you to excel both in the classroom and the workplace.
Network of Mentors

As a part of our team, you won’t just be completing tasks; you’ll be building meaningful relationships with mentors who are eager to share their knowledge and insights with you. We currently have 127 team members across multiple departments involved in our Mentorship program, each committed to your growth, offering guidance and a wealth of real-world experience to help you navigate the challenges of your internship and future career.
