Randy is a partner with Myers and Stauffer in our Atlanta office, and has 28 years of health care auditing, accounting, and consulting experience, and he manages quality assurance procedures for agreed-upon procedure engagements. He is also responsible for reviewing work papers to ensure compliance with AICPA and engagement standards and regulations and providing recommendations for improvements to clients.
He currently manages engagements with scopes that include contractual compliance assessments, financial and encounter data validation analyses, and medical loss ratio examination services to ensure federal regulatory compliance and accuracy and consistency within the examination and reporting procedures across the firm’s engagements. In addition to his extensive managed care experience, Randy has also participated in a range of unique consulting and attestation engagements, including provision of quality assurance Child and Adult Care Food Program administrative reviews and independent assessment of state non-emergency transportation waivers.
Randy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
