Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support
We specialize in providing independent financial, clinical, and data-driven analyses to support civil, qui tam, and criminal investigations for federal and state agencies. Our expertise has aided organizations such as the Office of Inspector General, Medicaid Fraud Control Units, Department of Justice, Assistant United States Attorney Offices, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Adult Protective Services. By delivering expert testimony, forensic financial evaluations, and clear, evidence-based findings, our multidisciplinary team empowers agencies to enhance program integrity, safeguard public funds, and adhere to the highest regulatory and legal standards.

Supporting Government Investigations, Enforcement Actions, & Complex Litigation
We provide forensic accounting, expert witness, and litigation support services primarily to federal and state government agencies. Our work supports investigations, enforcement actions, and complex litigation matters requiring detailed financial analysis, clinical and coding expertise, defensible methodologies, and clear, well-supported conclusions.
Our experience includes supporting cases arising from whistleblower (Qui Tam) actions and adult protective services, as well as investigations led by Offices of Inspector General (OIG), Medicaid Fraud Control Units (MFCUs), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and other enforcement entities. In these matters, we provide independent analysis to help evaluate allegations, quantify damages, and support litigation and recovery efforts on behalf of government programs.
In select cases where the federal government declines to intervene, we may also support legal counsel pursuing Qui Tam matters, applying the same independent, objective methodologies used in our government engagements. This work remains aligned with our focus on protecting the integrity of government-funded programs and ensuring appropriate use of public funds.
While much of our work is based in public health and human services programs, including Medicaid and other federally funded programs, our capabilities extend across a range of government-funded initiatives. We understand the specialized requirements of these engagements, including regulatory compliance, evidentiary standards, and the need for clear, defensible analysis. Our multidisciplinary team includes Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs), Accredited Healthcare Fraud Investigators (AHFI), clinicians, coding specialists, and data analysts, allowing us to evaluate complex financial and clinical issues within a single, integrated framework.
