North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services – Provider Resources

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Services (North Dakota Medicaid) has contracted with Myers and Stauffer, a national Certified Public Accounting firm, to conduct a pharmacy cost of dispensing survey. All pharmacies must complete the survey tool and submit it to Myers and Stauffer.

The survey was mailed to all pharmacies that participate in the North Dakota Medicaid pharmacy program on February 13, 2026. Below are the notification letters and the Excel version of the cost of dispensing survey tool.
