North Carolina Pharmacy Reimbursement

The Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Benefits has contracted with Myers and Stauffer LC, to provide assistance in maintaining the State MAC list for drugs based on drug acquisition cost and the Enhanced Specialty Drug Reimbursement list. As new State MAC rates are developed, the rates will be posted on this website. Please check this site regularly for changes to the State MAC list.
