Myers and Stauffer LC (Myers and Stauffer) has been selected by the State of Minnesota, Office of Inspector General (OIG) to provide Medicaid Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) services.

Myers and Stauffer has nearly 50 years of experience providing accounting, consulting, data management and program integrity services to state Medicaid agencies, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). Myers and Stauffer has 21 offices across the United States staffed with more than 900 professionals including accountants, Certified Fraud Examiners, clinicians and medical coders, pharmacists, and many other specialists who work exclusively with government health and human services programs. In addition to its waste, fraud and abuse detection engagements throughout the country, Myers and Stauffer has served as Medicaid RAC in several states and has the experience and qualifications to assist the State of Minnesota’s OIG in operation of the CMS-required RAC program.
