2025 PMLC Summit: Connect, Collaborate, and Innovate 

This free event is an opportunity to engage with other health and human service agency participants for learning and discovery. Share your experiences and learn about other processes and best practices, or just learn more about PACE. In particular, it is a chance to gain insight: compare approaches to PACE programs, discuss tools that have been successful, and benefit from lessons learned by others.

In addition to informative sessions with experienced speakers and moderators, this private event will include networking experiences that you can’t find anywhere else.
