Cost of Dispensing Survey

The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA), the agency that administers the Apple Health Fee-for-Service Medicaid Pharmacy Program for the state of Washington, has contracted with the firm Myers and Stauffer LC, a national Certified Public Accounting firm, to conduct a comprehensive study to determine the cost of dispensing prescriptions to Apple Health Fee-for-Service Medicaid participants.

Cost of dispensing surveys are anticipated to be sent to all pharmacies that participate in the Apple Health Fee-for-Service Medicaid program on October 1, 2024. The due date for the cost of dispensing survey will be November 12, 2024. All providers are encouraged to participate.
