North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services – Provider Resources

The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Services (North Dakota Medicaid) will be conducting a pharmacy cost of dispensing survey. The survey results will be used to evaluate the professional dispensing fee in the North Dakota Medicaid program.

North Dakota Medicaid has engaged Myers and Stauffer LC, a national Certified Public Accounting firm with extensive experience in government healthcare and pharmacy reimbursement issues, to perform the pharmacy cost of dispensing study. The survey is expected to be mailed in February 2026.

A stakeholder meeting will be held via internet and phone using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday January 27, 2026, at 10 am CDT. North Dakota Medicaid and Myers and Stauffer representatives will discuss the overall goal of the survey, its scope, the timeline for completion, the role of the vendor in the survey process, solicit your feedback, and address any questions you may have on the overall process. Reach out to the Myers and Stauffer help desk at disp_survey@mslc.com for the meeting details.
