Cost of Dispensing Survey

The New England States Consortium Systems Organization (NESCSO) is a non-profit organization governed by the Health and Human Services agencies of the New England states and the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. NESCSO has contracted with the firm Myers and Stauffer LC, a national Certified Public Accounting firm, to perform a pharmacy cost of dispensing survey for the Medicaid programs of five of the NESCSO member states. State agencies included within the cost of dispensing survey effort including the following:

  • State of Connecticut Department of Social Services
  • Maine Department of Health and Human Services
  • State of New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services
  • State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services
  • State of Vermont Department of Vermont Health Access

Cost of dispensing surveys are anticipated to be distributed on December 4, 2024 to pharmacies that participate in the Medicaid programs of the above referenced NESCSO member states. The due date for the cost of dispensing survey will be January 15, 2025. All providers are encouraged to participate. The cost of dispensing survey tool and instructional letters will be posted below by December 4, 2024.
