Jenna Hall, CPA, CFE

Jenna brings 16 years of experience conducting comprehensive health care audits across various domains, including prescription drug plans, health benefit plans, and managed care organizations. Recently, she has worked with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), focusing on Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MA-PD) plans and Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs). As a subcontractor for the Plan Program Integrity (PPI) Medicare Drug Integrity Contractor (MEDIC) and the Investigations MEDIC, Jenna provides specialized expertise in identifying and addressing fraud, waste, and abuse within the Medicare Part C and D programs.

In addition to her work with the Investigations MEDIC, Jenna has supported the Division of Financial Audit and Resolution by examining financial data for MA-PD and PDP plans. Her responsibilities include analyzing prescription drug event (PDE) data, direct and indirect remuneration (DIR) data, medical claims, solvency assessments, non-benefit expenses, and related party transactions. She has also collaborated with the Medicare Parts C & D Oversight and Enforcement Group (MOEG) to conduct performance and compliance audits, ensuring the integrity and accountability of MA-PD and PDP plans.
