Chris has more than 24 years of professional experience across a diverse range of human resources (HR) activities. He has successfully led HR teams for different organizations and provided day-to-day HR consultations to business leaders. His primary responsibilities include implementing national HR policies, procedures, and practices including compliance and recruiting functions as well as strategic planning. He has expertise in coaching and consultation to upper-level management and other internal clients. Chris leads a strong team of dedicated HR professionals across the firm who are committed to providing consultative services in HR, recruiting, and training and development to all Myers and Stauffer employees.
His certifications include Senior Professional Human Resources, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Harrison Assessment System, Achieve Global and DDI Certified Trainer, and DiSC Certified Trainer.
