Kevin Yates

Kevin has been instrumental in advancing key CMS initiatives, including developing nationwide Medicare cost report risk assessments, worksheet S-10 reviews, leading nationwide training programs, and overseeing Intern and Resident Information System (IRIS) duplicate reviews. His contributions extend to creating and implementing nationwide review programs designed to ensure compliance and efficiency within Medicare reimbursement systems.

Before joining Myers and Stauffer in 2006, Kevin served as an auditor for a Medicare fiscal intermediary and worked with a national certified public accounting firm, auditing and preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports. This dual perspective as both an auditor and reimbursement consultant equips Kevin with a unique ability to navigate complex reimbursement issues and provide innovative solutions for his clients.
