Janae actively oversees the operations for several of the firm’s Medicaid managed care oversight contracts. She has played a key role in developing procedures and protocols for Medicaid medical loss ratio (MLR) examinations, health plan administrative expenses reviews, disproportionate share hospital (DSH) examinations, and cost report audits in accordance with federal and state regulations. In addition to her auditing expertise, Janae provides consulting services specializing in health care data analysis, including encounter data validation, External Quality Review (EQR)-Protocol 5, targeted claims projects, contract compliance, and DSH payment calculations and modeling.
